  • How does Oasis work offline? All nature sounds and binaural tracks are included in the app. An internet connection is only needed for purchases, entitlement restoration, support, analytics and advertising attribution
  • .Is Premium a subscription? No. Oasis Premium is a one-time lifetime purchase linked to your Apple Account.
  • Oasis is a wellbeing tool and is not medical treatment. Binaural audio should not replace advice or care from a qualified professional.

Privacy Policy

Oasis has no user account, does not sell personal data and does not display third-party advertisements inside the app. This policy explains the limited technical, purchase and usage data processed by our service providers for app functionality, product analytics and advertising attribution.

  • Meta App Events: Oasis may send app-install and app-launch signals, device and app technical data, selected in-app interaction events, and Apple StoreKit purchase events to Meta for advertising measurement, aggregated attribution and campaign optimization. Meta may process identifiers and combine these signals with information it already holds. Meta privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
  • Tracking permission: access to Apple’s advertising identifier (IDFA) and advertiser tracking is disabled unless you explicitly authorize it through the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt. Aggregate attribution may still operate without IDFA. You can change this permission in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• TelemetryDeck: Oasis sends privacy-focused, low-cardinality product analytics such as app sessions, playback milestones and feature interactions, together with the platform and distribution channel. Oasis does not send typed search terms, audio content or the names of your personal mixes. https://telemetrydeck.com/privacy/

RevenueCat and Apple: RevenueCat processes purchase, entitlement and restoration information required to unlock and restore the lifetime Premium purchase. Apple processes App Store payments. Privacy policies: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/ and https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

Local data and purposes: sound levels, saved mixes, favourites and preferences are stored locally. Limited service data is used to provide app functionality, restore purchases, understand reliability and feature usage, measure advertising, optimize install campaigns, prevent fraud and provide support.

Sharing, transfers and retention: data is shared only with the processors described above when required for these purposes or by law. Some providers may process data outside your country under their own safeguards. Oasis does not operate a user-profile database or sell personal information. Processors retain limited data under their policies and legal obligations.

Your choices and rights: you may deny or revoke tracking in iOS Settings. To request access, correction or deletion of data connected to Oasis, email [email protected] and include only the minimum information needed. You can delete locally stored data by removing Oasis. Oasis is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data.

Terms: Premium is a one-time in-app purchase handled by Apple; billing and refund eligibility follow Apple's terms. Sounds, artwork and software are protected by intellectual-property rights. This policy may be updated when Oasis or its providers change.
